2003 Northern States Tournament The Northern
States Tournament was held July 18-20, 2003, in Brookpark, Ohio. $500 in prizes
was awarded. Ten rounds of three-move restriction (double-robin robin) were
played. Steve Holliday and Vince Delong visited the tourney. A plaque was
awarded to Vince Delong in appreciation for his many years of service to Ohio
